Social Determinants of Health

Description

This line of research seeks to uncover the social forces driving health inequalities based on education, employment, social class, marital status, and family support, among others, with an special focus on their intersectionality with gender. Distinctively, it advances an innovative perspective by examining health inequalities not merely as a reflection of individual conditions, but also as shaped by partners' sociodemographic features and intergenerational relationships./
